Terumi Inoue Fogerty is a metalsmith living in Lynnwood, Washington.
She graduated from Saga National University in Japan, and taught high school art before moving to the United States in 1972. She completed her M.A. and M.F.A. at the University of Iowa in 1982, where she studied with Chunghi Choo.
Her Thesis, Giving Form to Thought, was accepted by the University of Iowa in 1981.
